DELIVERY TIME = Processing Time + Shipping Time

PROCESSING TIME 

All items require 7 – 10 working days (not including Saturdays) to handcraft. This can take up to 14 working days during busier periods such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother’s Day etc. due to the high influx of orders. Once your lamp is made, it is then shipped out.

International Buyers

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge. The buyer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country the order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges. If you are unsure of the charges, please check your country’s customs office to determine whether these additional costs will be prior to buying.
